At yesterday's sitting, Senate President Bukola Saraki called on Sen. Isiaka Adeleke (APC) to move the motion for the adoption of votes and proceedings of the Senate from last week's sitting which he, Adeleke, did.
Saraki then called on PDP senator, Peter Nwaoboshi to second Adeleke’s motion. This he refused to do, stating that he was not at the sitting.
“My President, I will not be able to second the motion because I was not at the plenary to know what was done.”he saidWhen Saraki noticed that none of the PDP senators were willing to second the motion, he called on APC Senator Ibrahim Gobir to second the motion.
