Minister-designate and outgoing Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI), Zainab Ahmed, officially handed over the affairs of the agency to the Director of Communications of the agency, Ogbannaya Orji at a brief ceremony which held in Abuja yesterday November 3rd. Zainab was screened and confirmed by the senate last week.
